Ian has an MBA from the University of Southern California and is a certified financial planner. He loves traveling, wine tasting, and cooking, and is driven by a desire to help people improve their financial lives​​.

Ricardo is a talented engineer with a background in software and mechanical engineering. He worked at Google, where he focused on machine learning and solving tough problems with technology. Ricardo has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. At Olé, he uses his skills to create better solutions for gig workers. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing video games, and discovering new music​.
